There was a mixup with my mailing address that resulted in a lost order. Customer service handled it seamlessly in a friendly professional matter. I love that I can try designer fragrances with little investment involved. I also like purchasing travel sizes that pack in much less space and I don't have to pack glass bottles. My husband has liked experimenting with men's fragrances and has found one he likes that he would not have tried if he had to purchase a big bottle.
