Customer Support is great
I ordered some samples and due to a mistake with the shipper my package was delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to support and the next day they sent out a new shipment - no charge. Prices are great and the scents are wonderful.

Very awesome. The customer service was very nice and quick to respond. Sent them an email to say that a sample I ordered was broken, not their fault, and they responded the next morning. The process was very very simple unlike many other places that require more steps. Overall very satisfied with how they treat and take care of their customers.

I ordered 7 sample vials of different fragrances and the scent doesn't last long. 3 hours tops. I will never buy from this company again. They offered to resend me another order and I don't want them.

I ordered several sample sized scents and one of them did not show up. I emailed Scent Decantand told them my problem and I got ready for some pushback. There was no push back. They listened and sympathize with me and assured me that they would send out a replacement immediately. They care about their customers and their reputation. The customer service is unmatched. My order was lost in transit, scent decant responded to my email within 24 hrs, and reshipped me a new order free of charge. They were so nice and even included a DoorDash discount with my order! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

I had reached out to Scent Decant when I realized that my order was out for delivery with the incorrect delivery address. I had asked if they could offer me the same no shipping cost for a new order to be sent out. Not only did they reply back immediately they sent me a new order without charging for the shipping. I will always buy my perfumes and cologne from Scent Decant. Thank you for incredible service.
I love scent decant
I love scent decant! It is a great way to try out all of the fragrance you want without having to blind buy, or go to a dept store for a million testers at once. This way, you can get testers, and try out one a day to see which you like best as it dries down and combines with your own skin. Then, you can knowledgeably make purchases. They come in nicely packaged labeled bottles so it doesn’t get confusing. I like to take notes about my samples. Thru scent decant, fragrance shopping has become a really fun hobby for me! Also, the customer service is helpful/responsive if you ever encounter an issue.
Great Service
Ordered four 3ml samples and all arrived within just a couple days of ordering. Only one of the four lost its atomizer and leaked in the package, but I reached back out to Scent Decant and they were extremely fast in response and getting the replacement order sent out. Would definitely recommend for nice test samples if you’re looking to try before you buy!

Updating my previous 1-star review! My original package was unfortunately lost in the mail, and out of frustration, I misunderstood the company's policy and left a hasty negative review about their customer service. Scent Decant actually went above and beyond to fix the issue. They checked the tracking, verified my order was never delivered, and immediately shipped out a replacement on their own. I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive, so I can't review the Carolina Herrera fragrance itself just yet, but I wanted to immediately correct my review. Their customer support team was incredibly helpful and completely made things right. Five stars for great service!"

I fell in love with two fragrances…
I fell in love with two fragrances after sampling the smallest vials. The small vials didn’t spray and they sent me replacements ASAP. Then, bad luck my larger order never arrived. After contacting customer service they replaced that also. They were awesome
Kind and helpful
I had put the wrong adress and was worried that it wasn’t going to be delivered correctly and that I had just made an expensive mistake. This problem was quickly resolved and I am happy to say that this company is trustworthy especially because the customer service great and helpful for a fragrance collector such as myself. Very Happy w ScentDecant
Products arrived as described - fragrances seem totally authentic. Order was placed Thursday 6/11, shipped Saturday 6/13, arrived Tuesday 6/16 - very prompt. I received emails at every juncture letting me know things were in motion. I'm very happy with my purchase from ScentDecant and will look to them in the future for sample 1ml fragrances.

I placed an order for 3 different perfumes and was sent one bottle of one perfume plus 2 bottles of the second perfume instead. I contacted the company with a photo of the incorrect order and they sent me the right one for free.
