I've been a longtime Microperfumes customer but they didn't have a certain perfume I was looking for. I decided to check out Scent Decant and I was not disappointed! They had the one I was looking for, and also a different, new inventory. What sets SD apart is the cool mini spray bottles the sample vials come in! Most places, they are the bottles with these infuriating lids you have to wrestle with to get them open. Not SD! Adorable little 1ml spray bottles. So much easier. I really want to give props to customer service, though. They respond to emails fast. And make sure you spring the extra $1 for shipping insurance (only $1!!!). My first package was either misdelivered or stolen, but SD made it right without a hassle. I am hoping they restock on my favorites soon. But 10/10 great experience!!!

They provide tracking, and it is always packaged in a great, heavy-duty bubble mailer. I have also ordered from the product's "scent house" in the U.K. (their pricing and customer service are not great, given the exorbitant prices), so I am sticking with ScentDecant!!

I placed an order (forgetting to add my promo code). I tried to go back and find the purchase. However, I never received a confirmation email from them. Assuming that that order didn't go through, I went back to the web page and put the same order through, with the promo code (that says it's strictly for a first-time customers only).. with that being said, the promo code went through. Indicating that it was the first purchase I was making from the site. Then I get my credit card information where it says that I was charged twice. I tried to contact customer service to either cancel the first order or to at least put promo code for the entire purchase.... I got no response, just an email saying "thanks for your purchase".. not good customer service at all. I'll be reviewing you guys across all platforms. And I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company
Nice stuff got what I wanted no problems got here on time although I see some people hand some problems I never had any issues. would suggest getting a 5ml bottle instead of 1ml because your gonna love it and yea great company only good things to say. Coming from a real customer experience
Extremely good customer service! Great way to try new scents without buying one you don’t like and being stuck with it! Customer service was phenomenal with my experience! One sample was leaking/broken and without hesitation, jumped on the issue and fixed it within a day! Highly recommend!
