Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I had placed an order for a cologne and noticed how much cheaper it was compared to the department stores. I ended up getting the wrong scent but the problem was fixed immediately as the correct one was shipped the next day. Amazing customer service!
Spectacular products and spectacular customer service. Order got lost and was replaced without incident. Always love the scents and the ability to try new products without buying the whole bottle. I also love the fact that it isn’t based on a subscription. Scent decant is the best
Amazing customer service! I had just a slight minor issue and they corrected instantly. I believe this company always goes above and beyond for every customer they have! I wish other companies can learn from them! Love them and will be sure to order again and again!! 😊😊
Great prices, used a free shipping code. Ordered a bunch of .99 sample vials. Recieved them earlier than expected during the Christmas rush. They came v in a cute little bag!
From ordering to shipping the process was swift. The order was delivered faster than expected. There was an item missing, however, within hours of mentioning this the team got me a replacement organized to be shipped out as today is Christmas eve. Talk about amazing stuff. No hassles, no issues.
Completely inauthentic scents!!!! Do not waste your time or money. There are no refunds. I ordered five samples and they were all garbage. Smelled completely like rubbing alcohol! They were also all placed together in one small drawstring pouch, so even if they had smelled differently, there was no distinguishing the difference between them when they arrived.
After 2 of my 4 samples got broken by the mail carrier, Scent Decant stepped in and replaced the 2 broken ones based on a simple image and delivery receipt. Unexpected and unnecessary to do, but they did anyway... the sign of a fantastic customer service department. Will be a lifelong customer
I had some bottle leakage in my package and they very quickly and graciously resent the affected bottles. Shipping was also quicker than expected! Thank you so much
Great products and great customer service!
Very quickly responded to an issue I had with my order and immediately fixed the problem
Quick shipping, good communication and pricing. They were quick to fix an incorrect order and send out a new shipment free of charge.
Sent my sample of Gucci Rush and had a bit of an inconvenience. They immediately fixed the problem, customer service was FAST and UNDERSTANDING!! Even on a holiday weekend! I will be making future purchases! 10 out of 10
Great costumer service. I messed up my address and they got it fixed within a couple hours. Definitely coming back to order more
Seamless process. Scentbird who? I’ve found my new place to try colognes before buying the whole bottle and customer service is top tier!
I got exactly what I was wanting, and it is the real deal. Good communication, as well.
Absolutely one of the most honest companies who stand behind their customers and earn their reputation of success while leaving an impressive mark in the perfume world!! Definitely recommending this company to my friends and family!
All of my scents as ordered were wonderful. Very prompt shipping. Had trouble with one dispenser and customer service did an amazing job and helping me get the product right!
The post office lost my order. Scent Decant is replacing my order free of charge. That is excellent customer service
