Customer Service is disappointing:(
I like Caroll very much, but the last time I faced the delivery Problem and can not solve it. I ordered the coat as a Birthday present for my mother on 30.1.2026 and received the appropriate order confirmation. After one week I contacted the Service and asked why the delivery Status is still in processing. Answer was: we will send you your Order asap. After 14 days I contacted again and the answer was: be patient, we are processing…After 18 days I got the answer that my Order was occasionally deleted in the system. The discount time was over and no Chance to order it again. it is very disappointing experience of Caroll:(
