Customer Service is prompt and helpful
Cameron was helpful in pointing out that there was an online component that was not too clear to me. It would have helped if you sent a follow up email to purchasers if they haven't returned the test within a month of purchase. Lucky for you the customer service was excellent. 24/7 is bang on as well!
