Predatory practices and a malfunctioning service
Using the bot service was mostly okay. Lots of actions that didn't work or things that stopped working in my 2 years. Lots of time spent on chat with support agents that never took time to understand the issue that was happening. Expressed that I was not interested in continuing to pay for their service. No one mentioned cancellation procedures. After my first year I was not autobilled. End of the second year, after stating I was not wanting to continue. I was auto billed. After being billed I had to search for where to cancel this service. 2 full pages trying to dissuade cancelling. A form. And once completed, you then have to wait on someone to answer a ticket. Cancelling should not be this difficult. Would not suggest this service. Reliant on third party emulator apps that frequently break for your game and cause you to swap emulators quite often. Lots of actions won't work, or don't work as intended. Overall not suggested.
