After a Terrible Experience
PetMeds has completely screwed up my prescription order and failed to ship it in a timely manner. After three calls with 46 minute wait times and agents who were not effective in their roles, I got Laila - who changed my whole experience. She and her manager coordinated, resolved my multiple concerns, and provided expedited shipping. Laila was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful.
