Care behind a paywall
The idea of someone who needs care having to pay a monthly subscription just to even TALK to providers is absolutely ridiculous. The people using this service most likely have a limited income if any income at all. Honestly super disappointed. Edit to add. Trust Pilot has prompted me to share my personal information with this brand so that my review is considered “genuine” and I just need someone to understand that that is not a good business model. Why would I want to share my personal information with a company I don’t like and feel is predatory, for my review to be considered real?
