I purchased a Delsey suitcase a few years ago and love it. On a recent trip, one of the wheels of my suitcase was damaged beyond repair and I reached out to customer service to purchase a replacement wheel. They were very responsive to all my emails for a parts request. Eventually, it was determined that they no longer stock the wheel I needed, so they SENT ME A BRAND NEW SUITCASE!!!!! I am thrilled to receive a replacement from the company and can't say enough about how professional and helpful they are. Great service! Five Stars!! Thank You!
