Unfair Handling of My Case
I had been using ZeusX to sell items, but my account was suspended and funds were withheld. I explained my situation and asked for reconsideration, but support dismissed my explanation without giving me a real chance to resolve the issue. I understand platforms need rules, but the way my case was handled felt one-sided and unfair. Instead of helping me find a solution, they closed the matter quickly and left me with no access to the money I earned. I’m writing this review not out of anger, but to share my honest experience. Sellers deserve clearer communication, more transparency, and at least one fair chance to correct mistakes. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that.
