DO NOT ALLOW RETURN!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
I strongly discourage to interfere with this shop. It's basically a fraud comouflaged as a shop. They do not allow return and earning money on cheating. Shoes in size 38 were in fact childrens shoes. They accepted this return, but warned me that package needs to be sent back with tracking, as they do not guarantee they will receive it. I did so, it costed an amount. They charged me additionally with NOK 250,. for shipping. On their site it says return costs NOK, 49,. Prior to this they send me emails asking to upload shipping documentation otherwise they can't guarantee they register the return. "We can see you sent package with a tracker..." that's what they were saying. They could track and see package. but they required me to deal with uploading confirmations. I didn't upload anything, miraculously they manage to register my return without. Unfortunately, together with the shoes I ordered a couple of bras. They looked good on a pic, but were of a poor quality in reality. But worst of all, a size Medium fitted a 10 year old girl! The sizes there are not for adults, but they position themselves as a shop for grown-ups. They denied return of these items. One of them was unpacked. This was a real unfortunate to interfere with this firm. They managed to earn money on selling me dolls size items, and charging me significantly for shipping that I prepayed. First and last time I was dealing with this firm. I take it as fraud. Do not recommend, stay away if you don't want to be foolished. Fortunately, there are plenty online shops, choose something else!
