Sizes/refunds
The sizing is way off - everything is two sizes smaller than the label. Also quite a complicated process for getting a refund, even if it's just a sizing problem. They just offered me new pants but I have to pay the shipping/tarriff costs myself, even though I didn't do anything wrong.
