Horrible
Horrible! We had 2 cruises back to back in different countries, 2 sets of separate bags to ship. Neither made it to the cruises. Stuck in “customs” they said! DHL shipped for Luggage Forward. We spent hours contacting Luggage Forward with little to NO help. Kept saying it’s in customs. We Had to take 2 days before our trip in another country to buy clothes, buy luggage, and worry about other items we needed. This is a nightmare!
