AVOID AT ALL COST, poor rating as this company genuinely is fake and make big promises but god forbid you try and contact them UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE. Ongoing headache since July, scooter returned and now no refund and no response. This company will be reported and BANED FROM SELLING AND ROBBING PEOPLE
⭐ Very disappointing experience 0 star I purchased an e-scooter from Avo Pro, but unfortunately it was faulty. I tried to return it, but initially they refused to cover the return costs, so I had to raise a case with PayPal. Eventually, Avo Pro provided a returns label and I returned the scooter. However, PayPal later closed my case because the seller claimed they had not received it. This is despite the tracking clearly showing the scooter was delivered, along with a photograph showing it at their warehouse. I have emailed the seller several times since, but my emails are being completely ignored. I am now left without the scooter and £180 out of pocket. What makes this even more upsetting is that this was my 14-year-old son’s birthday money, which he had saved and collected to buy the scooter himself. He was absolutely devastated and disappointed when it was taken away and we were left with neither the scooter nor his money. I am now having to go through my bank to try to recover his money. Very disappointing customer service and communication. I would not recommend.
Utterly gobsmacked with the customer service and quite frankly their accusations. The scooter bar rattles when riding yet tgere is no damage to the bar thread and this is explained to customer service. The audacity is that customer service response is “there is damage and it’s caused by you not screwing bar properly “ THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE SCOOTER OR PHOTOS AS THE SCOOTER IS STILL WITH ME😡 They have point black blamed me without pics or physically have scooter with them to inspect 🤦♀️
Faulty scooter, emailed support but no response except an automated one which said to make sure to send pictures and order number. Emailed again with video of fault and order number and no response since. Wish there was an option to give ZERO stars
