Booked thru this website. Never again. Let it be known that there is no customer service! They will take your hard earned money. I had to reschedule a arrival date for a hotel. I contacted traveluro requesting the change. They said no problem, and they would get back to me in couple hours. Guess what they never did call back. I had to book into another hotel, so it cost me 2X for a 1 night stay. I contacted traveluro requesting a refund. Months later, still no refund. Don't use them
