Originally, there was a problem with completing the purchase of ToDo Backup Home 2025. I hadn't received any response from them with a code to use the software. I utilized the chat on the easeus.com website and chatted with Fiona, who was very pleasant and concise to chat with. She located my order, gave me the code and proceeded to email me a proper receipt.
