BEWARE WESTKISS SCAM
On September 15 2025, I placed an order with Westkiss Hair for a Natural Black Loose Body 13x4 Frontal Wig, 24 inches, 300% density, totaling $370. Instead of the item I paid for, I received a red wig with no brand label, which is clearly not what I ordered. I contacted Westkiss immediately and provided multiple photos of the incorrect wig and the shipping label with my name on it. Rather than resolving the issue, the company repeatedly dismissed my concerns. They claimed their warehouse sent the correct item, accused me of confusing their company with another, and demanded an “unboxing video” as proof — something no customer is reasonably expected to have. When I asked for a proper investigation, they ignored the request and suggested someone may have “swapped my package,” which is not supported by any evidence. At no point did Westkiss offer a refund or replacement. Their refusal to honor a simple and reasonable request leaves me with merchandise I did not order and a financial loss of $370. I am now filing a formal dispute through my bank. I am submitting this complaint so other customers are aware of these business practices.
