Pathetic company
Pathetic company. I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a chair on August 20th. They neglected to tell me it was on backorder. When I enquired about delivery, they couldn't say when it would be delivered. I asked for a refund as it hadn't been sent. They kept saying please wait for more info. Then they said it was sent, despite me asking for a refund. The courier told me Ergotune never sent the chair. It's now over a month, I've paid $800 and still no chair. Don't waste your time on this unethical, pathetic company and their products.
