CROOKS - Through and through
I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday, which was on a Sunday. I was shocked that the order was taken. (I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true." They canceled within the hour. I thought the reason was that it would have been a Sunday delivery. So, I reordered for a Monday (weekday) delivery—the same thing happened. I waited the ten days and then contacted them. EVERY DAY, complaining to them. I did get a refund for one of the orders. But not the other. Why didn't they refund BOTH!!??!! I will continue to be a pain in their A** until I get my refund for the second order. I wish I had gone to Trustpilot before dealing with these crooks!!
