Purchased shoes in December 2024, they shrunk so much to the point they have developed a hole in the front. Within 18 months I contacted Nike and they rejected the warranty claim. Shoes were apparently manufactured in August 2023 and sat in inventory for 16 months and warranty counts from date of manufacture. Hardly fair that time starts from when a customer hasn't even purchased the item.
