⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disappointing Experience with PresentGivers I am very disappointed with my experience with PresentGivers. The items I received were not as advertised and did not match what was shown on the website. I paid $65.97 for my order, placed in August 2026, and the products I received were not what I expected based on the advertisements. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but my issue remains unresolved. I should not have to fight to get a fair resolution when the merchandise does not match what was advertised. Based on my experience, I would caution other shoppers to carefully research this company and read customer reviews before placing an order. I would not purchase from PresentGivers again unless they improve their product accuracy and refund process.
