AVOID AT ALL COST
I placed an order at JJ house because I needed an outfit before the 14th of October. I paid an extra $32 for faster delivery plus the outfit which I thought was a little overpriced.. meanwhile it says this company it’s based out of Ohio so I figured it’d be a quick delivery either way to Miami. when I placed the order online the delivery date changed instantly longer , seconds after I ordered it , from Oct 2-6 to now 11-17 of October which I thought was really strange so I reached out to the company, it took three days for them to respond. My outfit is currently still processing the last two weeks. I reached out to them. They put my outfit on pause supposedly without confirming it or communicating with me., I left him five messages still no response I asked for a refund still no response. I spent $138 +32 for faster delivery you do the math this company is horrible. AVOID at all cost I am a lawyer so I will investigate this company because this is a drop shipping company or it may be a scam company. I highly highly would avoid this company at all cost! especially if you’re planning a special event a wedding a christening or whatever you’ll be lucky if you get the outfit may take up to 2 months!
