Anchor Wall Key Rack 28Aug2025
I emailed tang shao on 28Aug2025 Re: I requested Return and Refund instructions. Item not as depicted in online ad. Especially the "Key Hooks"-NOT AS PICTURED-CHEAP tang Shao Replied on 28Aug2025 "Send me a photo of the one you got to see the problem in detail" I Replied on 29Aug2025 with Attached Photo. The Online ad depicted screws attaching each hook on 1 dimensional flat metal with Anchor image on it. These "HOOKS" were nothing more than an extension of the Flat Thin Cheap Piece of Metal. Not even an "IMAGE OF SCREWS" on the 5 flat metal tabs. NOT ACCEPTABLE. FALSE ADVERTISING. REFUND $40 PLEASE. STILL WAITING.......................... I have heard NOTHING back since 29AUG2025
