Shipping to slow for critical replacement parts
Shipping for replacement parts is way too slow. It’s okay for most filament when it’s available. Need to offer expedited or even overnight shipping for parts. Had my main machine down for almost 2 weeks waiting on my shipment this time. Bambu should put all replacement parts in Amazon FBA so they can do prime delivery. Even if you charge a premium on Amazon prime there are enough Bambu printer users that would be willing to pay extra to have the replacement part same day or next day. Follow up: I’m not even referring to just support cases, when I reach out to support that is easily another week on the above.
