Worst Telco Ever – Avoid at All Costs
This is honestly the worst telco I’ve ever used because of their terrible customer service. Due to their staff’s miscommunication, I ended up paying double for the same SIM card. When I asked for help, the staff had a poor attitude and refused to take responsibility. All they could say was, “There’s nothing much we can do, please email…” I emailed as instructed, but the service there was just as bad — same dismissive responses, no proper solution given. This has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I’m done with this telco — this is the last time I’m using them, poor 5G data connection too, don’t bother even trying them. I’ll be switching to another provider very soon.
