First order
First order, ice melted, food warm and two meals had plastic separated form container. Threw it all away. Contacted support with no response. Cancelled service. Then get charged for a second delivery. No email saying it was being sent. Contacted support with no response. Today I get a notice package is out for delivery. Unable to get a hold of ANYBODY at this company. UPDATE- crazy response from Marley Spoon. Of course I tried emailing and chat- NO RESPONSE!
