Strong recommendation
I have had a great customer experience with Alec and Scott who has been my contact point. I’ve purchased two Pergola and Scott’s customer service skills is timeliness and attention to detail has been excellent. The Pergola when delivered have been in wood pallets packed so well no damage Has been made during shipping. All the Pergola had lights, heaters, fans, and shades, which all have worked very well. I strongly recommend this company and his products.
