Cheyene-Outstanding Customer Service
Cheyene was very personable, patient and easy to understand. She helped me re-set my new last name on my checking account and clarified a deposit that reflected a current glitch (a 2013 deposit was showing up today) she also explained how I could change my savings accounts to reward savings which I will do soon. It was such a nice experience to speak with someone who was patient and who took time to review my finances. Thank you, Eileen
