If I could rate them minus 10 I would!!!! phone lags not receiving messages or calls wont keep the right time went thru all the fixes that one would normally do to fix the issue and still no results. Customer service is non existent and if they do respond it is 2 to 3 days later and they haven't even read the message that was sent. So pissed off just because it's a lifeline phone does not give you the right to have such shitty customer service or phones.
