Following the company did refund the product. Quality was poor and a terrible smell. I only attempted this order because it showed the heel was lower than our good quality boots from another source. Not only did they not look good, the heel was the same height and very uncomfortable fit. The cost of a return was not worth the attempt. All money lost.
