I do wish I could give negative stars
I do wish I could give negative stars. I ordered my bridesmaid's dress on September 10th for a wedding at the end of October. The ETA of my dress was September 24th. On the 25th, I checked its tracking, and it stated that it had been in NJ since the 19th due to unpaid postage or some other issue. I sent in a request for customer support, and they just sent me a link to a more detailed summary of why it had been stopped. I then called the USPS and talked to someone, gave them all the info, and, to my dismay, they said that not only was there no postage on the package, but it was also addressed to a different state. I have tried to get in touch with people from JJ's since and have had no response, so I thought I would leave a review to save people a headache.
