Avoid at all costs
Sold me a defective dress that was poorly constructed and not at all how it was pictured or described on their website. Have been attempting to return it for nearly 3 weeks, and they have stopped responding to my emails, which is the only way they allow you to contact them regarding returns. I have had to file a case with PayPal. Scacto actually offered to give me an 80% refund without having me send the dress back, as they know it’s bad and don’t even want it. DO NOT give this company your money. Not worth the hassle, and your item will be defective anyway. A textbook illustration of “what I ordered vs what I got.”
