Lengthy wait on order
I ordered my hair on 9/15 in hopes that I would receive my item for my birthday on 9/24. I emailed them to get confirmation and they didn’t even have my confirmation for my order until 2 days ago. Now I’ve miss my opportunity to wear it at my birthday celebration. Pretty upsetting.
