Great customer service!
I initially ordered a Mission 4 launcher. Unfortunately I came to find out that the launcher was out of stock and there was no expected date of restock. I requested a refund and after reviewing the return/refund policy with customer service, I was quickly refunded. I then used the funds to purchase a TCR - which was in stock - and received it sooner than projected. I was impressed with the quality of that launcher and I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me for my safety. I appreciate how quickly customer service has responded to inquiries and worked through issues. I would definitely work with Byrna in the future and will keep an eye on their products.
