Customer has been great. Ordering had a few hiccups as I had issues with the health questionare. However, after emailing about my issue I received an response that addressed my issue and I was able to complete it. I received my kit just as promised and as "luck" would have it a family needed Z-pak and we had one. We were staying in a remote mountain town with no pharmacy so it was a relief to have the Kit on hand. As for people saying you have to act as your own physician to administer RXs perhaps if you have no working knowledge of which meds treat which conditions and can't follow simple instructions you should probably stick with "doc in a box" or teledoc options.
