Have described problems to varied reps during the time (over 2 weeks) it took you to pick up and deliver our golf clubs! We have used you before and were very satisfied but this time your inefficiency cost us over $1000 in rentals etc. We are requesting that you refund our $640 payment and, if you do, we will use your services again. If not, we will switch to ShipSticks. Respectfully Ed Robinson
