SCAM!
SCAM! Sent me a broken phone and dare not to reply my emails regarding my warranty. This triggers all the red flags of being a scam company The phone remains completely unusable because of the unexpected constant turn off and the SIM card / data service which remains disabled. The emails stating that they need 48 hours of working days to check on the phone. Seriously? The phone is with me and how are they gonna check? Review team seems like more proactive than support team. So I urge the company take me seriously. Please respond to me via email or WhatsApp ASAP on the next steps to proceed with the refund.
