My account was permanently banned even though I was in a difficult situation and never intended to harm the game or its community. I only used external tools once because my account had been previously stolen and I was trying to prevent further harm and protect my friends in the game. After recovering my account, I was shocked to find that it had been permanently banned without a chance for proper explanation or appeal.
