Their support is incredibly unreliable
Their support is incredibly unreliable. I scheduled for an email twice and never received one. Finally was able to schedule a phone call. I was then put on hold for 30 minutes only for them to pick up and immediately hang up while I was waiting. To then see you can’t make another appointment by phone? Terrible way to handle customer service and I’ve had no solution for what I need.
