Poor Choice of Carriers
We thought the Luggage Free service was fine but the time it took to get our bags from Venice back to Michigan was unacceptable. We had AirTags in the bags so we could see that the problem was DHL. They were slow in picking up the bags and they sat in various DHL warehouses for days between each move. DHL just doesn't have the volume to offer acceptable service.
