I had booked my stay at SS…
I had booked my stay at SS ventures(Uchila) on 1st October which was confirmed as i made the payment too, Got the mail also for confirmation. the next day got a message from the Hotel that they have cancelled my booking. My whole plan got changed because of this. I had to check again with Agoda and I have not got much help here. Now my Question is why did the Hotel accept my booking at first? There are other sites also which can be used to book the Hotel (I had used a few in the past) which would never let it happen. Please look into such issues as it gives a negative image for your sites too
