Avoid this service unless you want to be trapped in an auto-renewal loop. We signed up over a year ago, never used the platform again, and were hit with an unexpected $288 charge last month. Our account showed zero usage for over 12 months, yet our credit card company backed Tad AI due to automatic renewal fine print. To make matters worse, when we logged in to cancel, there was no cancellation option anywhere in the account settings. We had to delete our payment method entirely and send a message through their "Contact Us" form just to request a cancellation. Absolute nightmare for consumer transparency.
