I would give a ZERO but the app won't let me.... My Experience with Lendward and Kia Naperville I received a loan approval letter in the mail from Lendward using Kia Naperville’s letterhead, which gave the impression of a pre-approved offer. After engaging in the process, my credit was run through multiple lenders, resulting in unnecessary credit inquiries that negatively impacted my credit score. At no point was it clearly explained how many lenders my credit would be submitted to or that the “approval” was not firm. I feel the marketing was misleading and caused financial harm. Based on my experience, I would advise other consumers to proceed with extreme caution and ask very specific questions before allowing any credit checks. I will be filing a complaint against both companies as my credit score was effected for this scam mess. In case anyone else needs this information. Let me add after your 20 day reply, the rep on the phone told me not to pay my next loan payments this deal was good to go.. So stop it with the lies, I have an email and his name. False advertisement at it's finest..
