I have had a very negative experience with Nayax. Their customer support system is essentially non-existent. We have two stations purchased directly from Nayax over two years ago, and we are unable to use them because Nayax does not respond to support requests, and Nayax Romania keeps putting us off from one month to the next. This is very disappointing on Nayax's part.
