Good platform, but support and seller quality have declined
Overall, the platform works well and offers solid protection for buyers. However, lately I’ve noticed that some sellers list accounts they don’t actually own or try to hide important details. In my case, I recently bought what was supposed to be a CS2 account with FACEIT ready. The seller confirmed everything before, but after payment he admitted that the FACEIT account was banned and tried over and over again to offer me different accounts in the chat box. I requested a refund, but the seller refused, and now I’ve been waiting for two days for the support team to solve it, but with no luck so far… I provided them all the screenshots from the chat with the purchease and all sellers replies, but nothing happened. A year or two ago, I would’ve easily rated this platform 5 stars because everything worked smoothly. Unfortunately, it feels like lately some sketchy sellers have appeared and the support team has become less responsive.
