My experience has been very positive with New Homes; I received excellent support and advice obtaining my mortgage and was given regular updates throughout the process. Initially I was advised by Lewis Jackson who was very helpful and professional. He listened carefully to the type of mortgage I wanted then spent time locating the correct one for me. He went through the advantages and disadvantages of each possible mortgage and supported me in making a decision that was right for me. I also found providing the necessary documents and ID was completed easily; since undertaking the house buying process, I have found that systems used by others to provide documents and ID have not been straightforward but this was not the case with New Homes. Once the mortgage was chosen, I was informed regularly of its progression by Megan Dodds who explained and clarified each step of the process. I found her to be patient and professional; who was always happy to explain anything I wasn't clear about. Overall I found the whole process a positive experience.
