Bad Business
I tried to cancel my hair order because they were observing a holiday and I wouldn’t get my wig in time. They completely disregarded my requests that I made 3 times, via email, and tried to offer at first $10, then $15 and still ship it. I did not want the wig and made it very clear I didn’t want it. They still shipped the wig!! Their website says you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped and to email them but they still ship the goods just so they can get money out of you for having to send it back which from what I’ve seen is around $100. BE CAREFUL! I have all the screenshots of the emails and now have to dispute it with my bank.
