Customer service is nonexistent
Customer service is nonexistent. Delivery of package failed and the best they could do was a stock letter email to check around my house and check with my neighbors, and that was two days after the reported issue. They did not respond to my emailed response which included screen shots of the delivery service’s tracking information showing the delivery was not made. No refund of undelivered package was provided. Recorded message on contact number provided below and then line disconnected. Two previous emails to the email address provided below have gone unanswered for over a week.
