Exceptional company
Delsey Paris provides exceptional customer service and stands by their products! My luggage lost it's tires and I contacted them since it was still under warranty. Having all the documentation needed, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Latisha was extremely courteous and helpful, she ROCKS!!
